Harvey Randall Wickes Memorial Stadium tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a spot that really hits all the marks for fun, safety, and a bit of history? Harvey Randall Wickes Memorial Stadium in Saginaw is one of those places that just sticks with you. Opened decades ago, it’s been a staple in the community, hosting everything from big football games to lively concerts. Did you know it was the first in the region to install solar panels back in 2015? That’s pretty cool, right? It’s not just about being eco-friendly though; with over 50,000 visitors rolling through each year, it’s a hub of local culture and sports. The stadium even got a facelift in 2002 when the concession stands got a major upgrade, more snacks, more drinks, more reasons to hang around. And if you’re into wellness, there was even a yoga session on the field in 2018, who would have thought a stadium could be so versatile? Safety is taken seriously too, especially for our seniors who get priority during evacuations. VIPs aren’t left out either, with parking permits included when you reserve a box. Plus, local bike shops supply maps for those who prefer pedaling, and if you’re coming from the ferry terminal, a shuttle runs every half hour to make things easy. Whether it’s catching a concert or cheering at a game, the vibe here is electric, and honestly, some of my best memories are made right on that field. So yeah, Harvey Randall Wickes Memorial Stadium isn’t just a place, it’s where community magic happens.
